Compass Call consulting sessions are offered at a flat rate. This service provides focused, time-limited strategic perspective around a specific question, challenge, decision, or transition. It's a chance to draw on Luminary Ridge's expertise without committing to an ongoing engagement — and for more complex needs, a natural starting point for a broader consulting relationship.
Organization Development, Team Training, and Clinical Consulting
Each engagement begins with a discovery consultation to understand you and your organization's needs, priorities, and desired outcomes. Luminary Ridge then develops a customized plan outlining the scope of work, key milestones, and expected outcomes. The plan also details the investment required, ensuring that the engagement is clearly defined and aligned with the organization’s goals.
Executive & Leader Coaching
Leader coaching is available as an hourly service for individual leaders, with sessions tailored to the leader’s goals, challenges, and responsibilities. Organizations and leadership teams may also engage Luminary Ridge through retainer arrangements for ongoing coaching and leadership development.

At Luminary Ridge, we believe in providing the highest level of individualized, confidential care possible. Therefore, we operate free from the clinical and privacy constraints dictated by insurance companies and utilize an out-of-network, private-pay model.
How We Make Out-of-Network Benefits Simple
We make it easy to use your out-of-network benefits by providing the documentation (Superbill) you need to seek reimbursement from your insurance plan. Because coverage varies by plan, we encourage you to confirm your out-of-network mental health benefits before beginning treatment.
Transparent Pricing
Under the No Surprises Act, patients who are uninsured or utilizing a self-pay structure are entitled to an estimate of the bill for any non-emergency healthcare service potentially rendered. A Good Faith Estimate is the total expected cost of any such service, and will be provided to you in advance of your first appointment.
